I founded Employers Cookbook in 2006 to offer the benefit of my 30 years experience in operational and HR management in commercial, customer-facing organisations, to help businesses achieve better results through their people.

Basically, whatever “people” problem or challenge you are facing in your business, we can help, so don’t panic – just give us a call or drop me an email. We will not only put you on the right track from a legal point of view, but we also always come up with a solution which is the most commercially sensible for your particular circumstances.

We will take the trouble to properly understand your particular business issues and work with you to design and implement a solution which is both affordable and delivers real results. We will also provide whatever hands on coaching, guidance and support is necessary, including sitting in on interviews and meetings where appropriate.
