I founded Employers Cookbook in 2006, to offer the benefit of my 30 years experience in operational and HR management in commercial , customer-facing organisations, to help businesses achieve better results, through their people.

We will take the trouble to properly understand your particular business issues and work with you to design and implement a solution which is affordable to you and delivers real results. We will provide whatever hands on coaching, guidance and support is necessary, including sitting in on interviews and meetings where appropriate.
